
GreenLivingSoap.com online Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we’re happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our return policy.
Products purchased from GreenLivingSoap.com must be returned in new or gently used condition and within 30 days from the date the order is delivered. We accept returns for products purchased from GreenLivingSoap.com only, and all returns are inspected upon receipt at our warehouse.

Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse, and you will receive a credit confirmation with your refund amount once your return has been fully processed.

For items returned within our returns policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Refunds issued to a credit card, or for orders placed through Instagram can take up to 7-10 business days to post to your account. If another payment method was used, please reach out to that payment provider or financial institution for more information.

Refunds for returns received after 30 days are not guaranteed and will be made at the sole discretion of GreenLivingSoap.com. If issued in these instances, GreenLivingSoap.com has the right to provide the refunded amount in the form of an electronic gift card or a refund check.

If you ship back any portion of a final sale order, GreenLivingSoap.com is not obligated to ship the items back to you or refund any part of your order.

GreenLivingSoap.com monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that, in its sole discretion, do not meet the return policy requirements, in instances of abuse, or for items that were re-sent at no cost in a good faith gesture following a report of non-receipt.

If items that are ineligible for a return are sent back to GreenLivingSoap.com, those items will not be mailed back to you.

Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable.

Engraved items and items noted as ‘final sale’ or ‘not returnable’ are not eligible for exchange or return.

If you would like to return or exchange an item you received as a gift, please chat with us. Promotional items, final sale items, or products purchased somewhere other than GreenLivingSoap.com are not eligible for return online.
If you receive a product in error, please contact us at greenlivingsoap@gmail.com and we will be happy to make sure you receive what you ordered.
Returns:
Due to FDA guidelines and the nature of our handmade skin and hair care products, GreenLivingSoap.com does not accept returns or offer refunds on handmade skin care, hair care, or personal care products. For all other eligible products, please contact us for return approval before sending any item back.
Return Requirements

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number. Please retain your tracking information until your return has been processed.

GreenLivingSoap.com is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any original shipping charges.

Please allow 1–2 weeks for returned items to be received, inspected, and processed.
GreenLivingSoap.com reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the above requirements.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to obtain return authorization before shipping your product.
Once your return is approved, you may place a new order through our website for the replacement item. Please note that inventory availability cannot be guaranteed, and desired items may sell out before your new order is placed.
What happens if package is damaged?
We package each item carefully to protect it during shipping, however occasionally a shipment may become damaged. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly. In the rare event your items arrive unusable, please contact greenlivingsoap@gmail.com for assistance.
Incorrect addresses & Returned shipments:
If a package gets returned to us because of an incorrect address or no forwarding address the customer will be responsible for paying for the second shipment. An invoice will be issued to the customer via email for the shipping costs.
